At Alessenti, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 7–14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging and tags
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Personal care / hygiene products
  • Customized or personalized items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved:

  • Refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • It may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours with photos/video proof for a quick resolution.
